Welcome to Shreeji Hospitality Luxury. By making a reservation with us or staying at any of our villas, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with your booking.

These terms apply to all the above villas under Shreeji Hospitality Luxury, ensuring a consistent and enjoyable experience across our properties.

1. Booking Policy

All bookings are subject to availability. Reservations can be made via our website, phone, or email.Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm your booking. Payment details will be provided at the time of booking.We accept major credit and debit cards, online bank transfers, and other forms of digital payment as mentioned on our booking page.

2. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and additional charges.Valid government-issued identification will be required at the time of check-in for all guests.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation by Guests:Free cancellation is allowed up to 14 days before the check-in date. After that, 50% of the booking amount will be charged.No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in or for no-shows.Cancellation by Shreeji Hospitality:In rare circumstances, we may have to cancel your booking due to unforeseen issues like safety concerns or repairs. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer alternative accommodation of equal standard.

4. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit may be required upon check-in, to cover any damages to the property. The amount will be specified during the booking process.The deposit will be returned within 7 days of check-out, provided no damages or extra cleaning is required.

5. Guests and Occupancy

The number of guests staying must not exceed the number stated in your booking confirmation. Exceeding the maximum occupancy will lead to additional charges or cancellation of the booking.Any gatherings or events must be pre-approved by Shreeji Hospitality. Failure to do so may result in the termination of your stay without a refund.

6. House Rules

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villas.Pets are only allowed in some of the properties, and only with prior approval. A pet fee may apply.The use of the swimming pool is at your own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.Loud music and parties that disturb neighbors are not permitted. We request that guests maintain a respectful noise level, especially after 10:00 PM.All items provided (towels, kitchen equipment, etc.) must be returned in their original condition. Missing or damaged items may result in charges being deducted from your security deposit.

7. Cleaning and Maintenance

Villas will be cleaned and prepared for your stay before your arrival.Additional cleaning services can be arranged during your stay for an extra fee.If any issues with the villa arise during your stay, please notify us immediately so we can address them as quickly as possible.

8. Liability

Shreeji Hospitality and its management are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises. Guests are responsible for their safety and that of their companions.We are not responsible for the loss or theft of personal items during your stay. Guests are advised to ensure valuables are kept securely.

9. Force Majeure

Shreeji Hospitality is not liable for failure to meet its obligations if circumstances beyond our control occur, such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions. In such cases, we will offer alternative dates or a refund where applicable.

10. Changes to Terms

Shreeji Hospitality reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The terms at the time of your booking will apply throughout your stay.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in the courts located in Maharashtra.
